new year 2009...

yesterday was new year eve. the city was full with fireworks and singers performing. jessica mauboy and natalie bassingthwaighte were there. i was suppose to be there to see the fireworks but then my dad have to work the next day so, we didnt go. instead we watch the tv to see the countdown. i got some of this pics from my teacher which is a malaysian, and she was there. 

hehe..i put this picture because i want to show my friends how is sydney firework like during the new year. :).

in 3 hours time, going to a barbecue party...cant wait! :)

christmas/ boxing day

2 days ago was boxing day and yesterday was boxing day, well, malaysia don have boxing day. 

on christmas, me and my parents went to my dad's childhood friend's mother's house, they are the perreira family. my parents know his friend since when he was 16...,now all of us staying in australia. my father's friend has 10 brothers and sisters, their all married and got kids. the house was full of kids and people.and the worst part, the house is small! 

before goin to my dad's fren's mother's house, me and parents went to church. after church, we met up at the house and prayed for the food and open up all the presents. we didnt stay long, coz we're not part of the family, but we had fun.

yesterday was boxing day and i really had fun. my dad's fren's brother, John invited us for potluck at his house. my mom cook mutton curry...yum :). around 4.30, we left to John's house. the house was really big and comfortable. around 5.30, more and more people came,especially their family members. me and my bro played with the small kids. around 6.30, the father from the church came, and father blessed the food, after that we ate. 

after eating, me and bro played wit the kids. after that i went in to watch tv wit my dad's fren and his brother. we watched a scary movie. after watching movie, we all gathered around to cut cake and we sang christmas's song. haha, when we were singing christmas's song, Shane, one of my dad's fren's bro' son make a contest that to see how many christmas song can we remember and sing it out loud. in the end he won, coz Shane was the loudest.  around 9.30, me and parents left. it was fun and i enjoyed my dad.

i definately cant wait for new year eve and new year coz there gonna be a barbecue party coz i cant wait to see them again :).

exhausted but had fun :)

today i went to the city to see the opera house, and shop around.

mom, me, bro and aunty left home around 11.30 and went to the city traveling through train at 12.00 p.m. at 1.15 p.m, we arrived at circular quay's station. over there we walk around and we went and have a look at the opera house. the opera house was beautifull and big. i took some pics while i was there. after 1 hour being around circular quay, it started raining. so, we went to baskin robbin and bought ais cream...it was yummy :)

haha....after hanging around circular quay...we took another train and went to chinatown..chinatown was busy, full wit chinese. this is when i really feel like i'm in malaysia. we just shop and shop around till 4 p.m., we were hungry then. we look around for chinese food till we saw a food court. i was so happy when they were selling malaysian food...haha!! i ordered har mee...it was yummy :)...wanted to eat at mcdonald but then there werent any mcdonalds in chinatown. 

after eating, we went and shop around. we saw a mall and we went in. me and mom bought some clothes and i was satisfied...haha, of coz, i bought something for myself.

around 5.30 p.m., we all thought of heading home, we went to the train station and went for the 5.40 p.m. train. arrived in campbelltown station around 6.30 p.m., took a bus back home and were finaly home at 7 p.m. i really had fun...:)

today the tuesday and left 2 more days to christmas!! cant wait!!

i'm going to the city today to see darling harbour, cant wait!! mom, me and bro, aunty gonna travel to the city by train, it will take 1 hour to reach the city. we're gonna see the christmas tree and shop around, after shopping around we'll eat mcdonald...YUM!!

i cant wait!! haha...there nothing else to write...after coming back from the city, i'll write more...bye!!

hey guys!! haha, mikael ask me to create an account, so i did it!! and mikael ask me not to write words in short form, i guess he likes being a teacher XD.

anyway, i'm new here. so, i'm going to write something everyday :).

i'm on school summer break, so i'll be back to school only on the 28th of january, that a long time more!! is summer now, and everyone is crazy to go to the beach!! i'm goin to the city tomorow, this is my 2nd time to see the city afte staying in sydney for 4 months...YEAH!!

anyway, i got to go. i'll write more tomorow :)
